A panoramic view of the northern shore of Mare Humorum with crater Gassendi. Seeing was poor, with rapid and continuous ondulations therefore I used my Mewlon 210 at prime focus only, Stacking with AS2!, processing with IRIS and GIMP.
Clavius imaged with my 150 mm f/5 refractor, green filter and 5x Powermate. Altair Astro GPCam. This image shows clearly that even a short refractor is capable of giving fine images of the lunar surface.
Crater Clavius again, this time imaged using of my Takahashi Mewlon 210 and x2 Barlow. Compared to the image taken with the 150 mm OG above, here some finer details are visible.
Albategnius imaged with Mewlon 210. Image is little oversampled and seeing at the time of imaging wasn’t good. However the summit crater on the central peak is clearly visibile. Some authors believe this pit to be of volcanic origin.
